The talk will explore the role of visuals of conflict with the focus on the 2020 Nagorno-Karabakh-War. The images were collected from Instagram (under the hashtag #ArtsakhStrong) to study the themes put forward by Armenians, and their contestation by Azerbaijanis, who also inserted themselves into the narrative. <!--more-->\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n\u2028\u2028Jaana Davidjants holds a MA degree in political science from Goldsmiths, University of London and is completing her PhD in cultural theory at Tallinn University.
